  EMS have recently taken onboard our contract with the first couple of weeks testing their ability. It is great to be working with a company with excellent service engineers together with a team in their offices backing up their engineers. So far we have no complaints and look forward in working with EMS.
  
  Moving across to an alternative provider on a site with large amounts of equipment involves a great deal of investment by ourselves. The services engineers since starting the contract, rectified a fault on our GEA AHU to which we have had endless issues since install and our alternative contractor have not been able to fix.
  
  We can only hope things continue. We will update over the next 8-12 months...
